I am a 37 year old single woman who is an at home care giver for my elderly parents. We have met a lot of their needs and are now looking for me to have the opportunity to expand my caregiving duties. In 2013-2016 I was the nanny to two young boys on the spectrum and in 2015 a new baby was brought into the world that was also under my care. I was responsible for teaching them, including potty training, taking them to doctor and therapy appointments and having a dialogue with all doctors and therapists. I would get them to and from school and prepare meals for them where necessary and teach them their new therapy lessons and sign language.
