I have a bachelors degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology. I've been a nanny, for a 3-year-old boy who was visually impaired, and for sisters, a newborn and 15 months. Off and on I nannied for a family with three rambunctious 3 year olds. I've also nannied a 10-year-old for a summer, along with many other babysitting jobs here and there over the years. I spent time co-leading the youth group at my church for a year. I also have other professional experience working in a children's psychiatric facility, ages ranging from 4-17. I've also been the Assistant Site Director at an after school program for children, ranging from Kindergarten-8th grade. Most recently though, I was a caretaker for a girl with Cerebral Palsy, and a Household Manager for a separate family. I currently work as a special needs caregiver, but he is going to a group home for autism the first or second work in April, so I am trying to find work until I am out of college.
