Licensed Educator in the NWA area for tutoring, Nannying, occasional babysitter, or Private Home Education, I have 17 years experience working with children, 12 of which have been as a Certified Teacher! I also have over 5 years of Private Individual Tutoring services, both virtual and in person. I'm a Certified Teacher in General Education for Early Childhood/Elementary Education for Grades PK-6 and Special Education K-12. However I have taught within the public school classroom 1st-12th grade, teaching various subjects, working with students of very diverse backgrounds, with and without special needs, social & emotional learning, specialized in behaviors, ADHD and ASD, while implementing differentiated instruction with hands-on & project based learning, targeting all of the learning styles as my primary teaching approach! I received my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education/Early Childhood from MSSU and Graduate Degree from ASU in Special Education Instructional Specialist. I found my calling during High School and have worked with kids since then and raised an intelligent, gifted, amazing, beautiful daughter of my own who is a soon to be Freshman... Oohh how time flies by! While attending college I worked in the local Public School system, daycare, preschool, in home child care, Before/Afterschool Program, and as a Nanny!
