Hi, I'm Emily. I work full-time as a teacher's assistant at an early childhood center. I am registered with the state of Missouri as a child care giver. I have a lifetime of experience caring for children of all ages. My parents were foster parents when I was very young. I have a much younger sister with Down Syndrome, and many kids at my school have special needs, so I have experience with many different types of special needs. My specialty is newborns/ infants, but I'm experienced with kids up to teenage years. Activities I enjoy with kids are talking and laughing, playing pretend, playing games and puzzles, coloring and crafts, singing and music, sports, being outside. I'm not a complete video game novice, though I personally prefer to do more active things. I also have experience as a tutor, so homework help is no problem. Math is my expertise, Read more but I am proficient in any subject up through middle school level.
