Hi, I'm an active grandma who enjoys kids, looking for pt work. I have never done this for pay, but have spent alot of time with my own grandkids (1,4,8,10) and regularly take them out, (not all 4 at once as that would require another hand) When i did maintenance at dragonflye charter school, they had a program where they sent kids to me grades 4-12 to train at their skill level. In addition i got kids in the summer JTPA program to work for the summer. The most rewarding experience i have had was working with adhd kids there, who benefitted the most from physical tasks. I take my grandkids to the archery range where we do survival skills, learn to shoot bow and arrow, chop wood ect. Setting up for music and dance, (praise/worship, in this case, but I can tolerate any positive music) ect with my karaoke Read more machine. Love horses, took kenz out to the animal sanctuary. Pics of everything!! I love super hero's too. I also like to do crafts and art with the kids, swimming biking and basketball and play catch. I think my communications are good, but i like to go by how the parent does things.
