My name is Shirly, I am 32 years old, and I absolutely love caring for children as there is never a dull moment around them! I recently got married and live with my husband in Chandler, Arizona! I do have a full-time job, and I have been working remotely as a research scientist since September 2021. When I was in college I used to babysit quite frequently for friends from church while they were away traveling for work for days or a week. This meant sometimes taking kids to school, their sports/extracurricular classes post-school etc. I have taken care of babies from ages 6 months up to 12 years, including babies with special needs. I also used to volunteer at the nursery and kids ministry in church, so I am very comfortable and enjoy being with kids. More recently after starting my job, and since I got married, I have Read more been subbing as a nanny during the evenings and nights for my sister-in-law (who is a full-time nanny) when she travels. While I always assumed I could never be a nanny, because I love being a nerdy scientist during the day, I have realized that I am still capable of being a nanny during the evenings and late hours when I do have the opportunity. So, if you are looking for a nanny to assist you after 4 pm in the evening, and who is responsible, reliable and caring I will be a great fit.
