I grew up the oldest of seven children in my family, which has given me many opportunities throughout my life to be a sitter for my parents. As far as work experience, I was a nanny for three years, which provided me with experience in not only babysitting, but homework help, housekeeping, and transporting kids to and from activities. I have also worked as a tutor and a piano teacher, both of which I spent many hours working with children. Most recently, I was an intern at an elementary school where I worked with children with speech and language disorders. I have my bachelor's degree in speech and language sciences, and my decision to study speech was greatly influenced by my love for children. I have my speech language pathologist assistant license, CPR certification, and fingerprint clearance card. I am 21 years old and would love to be of assistance.
