Hello! I am Lex and I’m 25years old. Caring for littles has been a big part of my life as I have been a nanny/sitter for 9 years as of November. I also have my very own car seats and double stroller as I’m kinda particular about brands and ensuring the seats are installed correctly but also so we don’t have to switch car seats back and fourth at the end of the week. I’ve taken care of children anywhere from newborns to teenagers. I’m comfortable with making meals/snacks, day time play, tutoring, driving kids to and from school + activities, bath time, putting kids down for naps/bed, overnight stays, and of course helping out with any housework that needs to be done! (I have ocd so you will always come home to a clean house)I’ve also worked with kids with various special needs including kids who are hearing impaired Read more , blind, have autism and Down syndrome. Right now I’m looking for either part or full time. I want something consistent with a family who is also extremely well with communicating and not letting things go unnoticed. * Capable of building rapport with similar aged children (toddlers, school aged, pre-teens, teenagers, etc.); kind and calm engagement with children at all times * Ability to travel internationally and domestically as necessary * Highly organized, detail oriented, proactive, excellent time management, positive attitude, efficient and service focused * Attentive to principals' preferences and style (intuitive to their needs) * Ability to maintain discretion and respect for employer's privacy (confidentiality agreement is required) * Professional presentation * Ability to develop and maintain solid working relationships with service providers, contractors and vendors * Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively and efficiently with principals (extension of parents and consistent childcare philosophies) and domestic employees; responsive to feedback * Strong technology skills * Active and fit (e.g., swimming, hiking, etc.) If you have ANY other questions please feel free to ask!
