My name is Melodi and I own A Mother's Touch Nursery. A Mother's Touch is specially designed for children 1 to 5 years old. Each child will get the specialized care they need and deserve. At our school we use play based learning. What does this mean for your child? It means that they will be learning important academic content as well as social skills while they play. This makes learning fun and ensures your child will be ready for kindergarten. I have a degree from ASU in Early Childhood Education as well as an Arizona state teaching license. Before I opened my daycare I spent more than 4 years working as a kindergarten and first grade teacher. This ensures that I have the knowledge and ability to help your child succeed. About the facility... In this facility, there is a monitored, attached room for the children to sleep in. Read more This allows your child to sleep in peace and quiet while other children are free to play. Each child has their own crib or bed and sheets. The backyard is grass allowing your child the ability to crawl, walk and run around freely. We also have in in-ground sandbox for your child to play and explore in. We do have 2 friendly dogs.
