Title says it all. She was fantastic at first but then started slipping at the end. She was only in my home for a little over a month when me and my husband noticed a change. We hired her for out 6 now 7 month old son and my 8 year old daughter who is here every other week. We let her know that the pay would be less in the beginning and more later. We kept her informed every step of the way when it came to that but that was all she seemed to care about. We thought that she was more in it for the children and helping us out but as the weeks went on she distanced herself more and stopped doing the things she used to in the beginning. Money talk with this one. So sad because she was so great. She should not have accepted a job with us if she was more concerned about money than taking care of my children.
