I am the Founder of AZ Family Foundations, a Postpartum Doula with a Perinatal Mental Health Certificate, and an International Nanny Association Credentialed Newborn Care Specialist with Sleep Conditioning training. I am a HelpLine Volunteer with PSI (Postpartum Support International) for parents seeking assistance with parenting resources and mental health concerns. I am also enrolled in courses to become a Certified Postpartum Nutrition Specialist, which I will complete in late Spring. I am an active member of the INA, CAPPA, and Postpartum University. I have been in childcare for 11 years; my first three years were as an Assistant Teacher before I spent the last nine years as a Nanny.
