I have been a nanny for over 10 years. I love my career. Working as a part-time nanny for adorable twin girls during college was the perfect job for me. I was studying to become a wedding and events coordinator, but also adored caring for those children. After I graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelors degree in Communication, I began working in the events industry. Two years later, I found myself stressed every evening and quite unhappy. I was on my honeymoon in Italy when I announced to my very understanding husband, that I was planning to quit my stressful events job in order to become a full time nanny. Three years later, I am incredibly happy with my decision to become a full-time child care provider. I wake up every morning excited to head to "work".
