Hello! My name is Cieries Martin and I live in Chandler, AZ. I have just recently graduated from Mountain Point High School and am going to be attending the University of Oregon this fall. I am looking to nanny or babysit over the summer up until the time I leave for college. I am a very active person and like to go hiking and adventuring but also enjoy spending time with my family constructing elaborate vegan recipes. I like to tackle any situation with positivity and exuberance while creating an experience to look back on! I have many years of caregiving in the form of babysitting children of family friends while the parents are working or even enjoying a night out! The children of the families I have looked after for the most part have fallen between ages 4-10 years old. I love doing arts and crafts, making fun recipes, reading, outside adventures. In the past, I have also helped families around the house where they needed it; running errands, cooking, laundry, and light cleaning. On the other hand, I have experience working with much older individuals. I was employed working at a retirement home as a culinary server. At that job, I was required to retain information surrounding the dietary restrictions and personal preferences of each resident I served. Overall, working with elders taught me patience and optimism and has elevated my listening skills.
