She agreed to a Monday in person interview for a Monday to Friday job. She stated during the interview she couldn't work Wed-Fri the first week due to a conflict with another job-this was not mentioned over the phone and left us scrambling to find care. She said she would be in touch about the following week but never got back in touch with us about her schedule after accepting the job. She basically ghosted the position. Unprofessional and unreliable.
