My name is Raquel! I am originally from Connecticut. I have lived in 5 states and currently loving AZ. I am a Youth Development Specialist, I have been working with youth for 20 years. Most of my experience is in out of school time programming aka after school programs, summer camps, community centers, etc. I have planned hundreds of activities, programs and special events for kids ages 5-12. I have attended as well as facilitated numerous trainings throughout my career. My passion for working with youth stems from my desire to see the next generation blossom into accountable, loving, respectful, listening and responsible adults - kids also just make me laugh, a lot. I love the outdoors, drawing, reading and learning about different cultures.
