My name is Mikaela and I have been in this field for over 15 years. When I was a child I knew teaching was my passion. Scheduled an interview with Mikaela after we had an initial phone call to discuss the job. We were excited to find the right fit for our family and looking forward to our in person interview. She then never showed up to the interview and never replied to my follow up communication. Very unprofessional & disappointing after I shared a lot of information on our family and was hopeful to find a great fit for us.
