I am a Mom of two grown sons, and have been a Scottsdale resident for 35 years. I've clocked many hours caring for my grandchildren (ages 2 and 10 months), and I'm eager to begin caring for children on a more regular basis. Having had 2 full time careers, I would now like to pursue my passion of spending time nurturing future generations. There is nothing I would love more than to devote myself to a loving family that values my dedication, experience and abilities. My sons graduated from Phoenix Country Day School. They received their MBA degrees from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University and The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania-- a track record of which I am very proud. One of my most gratifying memories as a Mom, was the many nights spent around my kitchen table helping my sons with their homework and Read more editing their papers. I graduated from The University of Michigan, currently hold Pennsylvania State Music Teacher Certification for grades K-12, and completed certification for Music Therapy. I am an accomplished pianist and have taught piano to adults and children, both in a studio, and in a community college setting. I can coach elementary musicians on all instruments. My MBA degree is from the University of Phoenix. I would love to provide engaging activities for your preschool children, or tutor your elementary school children in any subject. If you want, I would also enjoy being their music coach. Whether it is grocery shopping, running errands, or meal preparation, I will be there for you. You could count on me to be prompt in picking up your children from school, and driving them to after school activities. I would follow and complement your child rearing approach and strategies. My goal would be to create a compassionate and loving environment that encourages your children to think creatively and be high achiever. I am trustworthy, energetic, patient, and hard working. I fully comprehend the huge responsibility and honor it is to care for children. I have been blessed with many gifts to raise my family well, and I am eager to share those gifts to help another family. I am looking for a family that would value me as a highly educated, experienced caregiver with sharpened common sense, sophisticated sensitivity, and a spiritually developed mindset.
