I grew up with a huge in a very family oriented home never had any siblings until recently but growing up I had a ton of younger cousins and being the oldest I was always designated to babysit and i absolutely LOVED it! Shay is a very professional young lady and extremely communicative. She always got back with me soon after I would send a message. As a mom needing to find care during the pandemic; I was extremely stressed about everything. I needed a caregiver I could trust and work with that would also stay safe. Shay immediately demonstrated to me that she has taken outstanding precautions to stay safe and healthy through extra precautions; including wearing masks, gloves, (PPE), and COVID19 tests when they were availabe. Her flexibility was great and her calm, professional demeanor showed me that she is wise beyond her years. Shay is an intelligent young lady and I look forward to working with her more in the future!
