I have worked as a babysitter and nanny for over 10 years and have experience with all types of kids, ranging from twin premature newborns to 10 year old children with autism. I’ve done weekend stays with a set of twins and a 3 year old as well as part time nannying and babysitting positions. Last summer I worked at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health as an applied behavior analysis tutor so I have lots of experience working with children on the spectrum. As well as that I have a family I’m extremely close with who have twins on the spectrum and with ADHD so I also have tons of experience with behavioral modification therapy, school work and anything in between. I am a 3rd year at ASU currently but am studying to become a pediatric occupational therapist working with children on impulse control issues and emotional regulation. I’ve been babysitting Read more and nannying for around 50 more families. I’ve taught swim lessons for all ages from seven months old to eight years old. I have taught group lessons with 5-6 three and four year old kiddos, but I’ve also worked privately with a 7 month old, an 18 month old and a 3 year old. I've worked all day, as well as weekends. I'm comfortable with cooking, dishes, cleaning, laundry, and basically anything else you can think of. I have done group sitting sessions where all the parents meet up and party and I take care of all 6 kids, I’m happy to do that. I’ve been a mothers helper where all the mom needs is a shower and a nap and for me to wear the baby in the baby bjorn while they both sleep and do some dishes and laundry, again I’m happy with that. I’m really comfortable helping however I can. In the last few years, I have also cadet taught at the elementary school in my hometown in Oregon in a kindergarten class with 20 five and six-year-old kids. Currently, I’m attending ASU and am looking to get into contact with a few families that I can consistently work with and help out.
