I was looking for a sitter for a couple hours everyday Monday - Friday for my 12 month old. After some correspondence back and forth with Alma, we decided to move forward and schedule three days during the week. She was punctual and showed up on time each day, she was running late the first day but she contacted me prior to let me know. She followed all instructions and schedules given. She was very attentive towards my son. She remained interactive and read books with him. She did not show up the third day. She contacted me and let me know she was having car troubles. So she was not able to show up. I requested her availability for the following week and she didn’t respond. I followed up a day after and still had no response. I followed up a week after my last contact with her and still received no response back. Due her lack of response I presume she didn’t want to or know how to communicate that she was no longer interested in the position.
