Meet Megan

A bit about me: I was born and raised in Flagstaff, and have one younger brother, my parents, and two cats. I love Taekwondo (I've been doing it for 15 years and teaching for about 5!), hiking and photography. I also love kids and pets. In high school, I was a nanny for two amazing kids (now 6 and 4 years old) although when I began with them they were only 18 months and 3. More recently, I've been nannying full time for a little girl (from 6 months old to almost 18 months!), although that position will be ending soon. I also experience with a lovely 3-month-old and all the things (from sweet to stinky) that came along with him! I'm currently studying Family Studies and Human Development at UA, although I try to do online classes as much as possible, so I have reasonable flexibility! For now, summer Read more classes are all online. My schedule for the fall is free after about 4 pm M-Th (and completely free on Friday and weekends). With regards to COVID, I'm fully vaccinated with every booster, but am willing to take any other necessary precautions your family would prefer on top of that! I'm definitely willing to help with a bit of light housekeeping (kids' laundry, dishes, things related to children) if need be, and have a reliable car. I have CPR/First Aid and BLS certification and have a bit of experience in the healthcare field through working as a dental assistant for a few months. Once you meet me, you will quickly find that I am not only that, but a bright, positive, and enthusiastic young woman, and would love to get to be a part of your family!
