I love caring for children and believe that every activity can be a learning process and character building experience! Exploring outside, building LEGO’s, decorating cookies - I like to keep the kids stimulated and engaged :-) I am from a family of 10 - I have 3 older siblings and 4 younger siblings. Growing up in a large family taught me responsibility and how to help in the home. Cooking and keeping the house tidy is not a problem. I have a lot of experience - I have been a nanny to 2 year and 6 month old girls on weekday mornings, and nanny to 8 kids from 5 months to 12 years during the rest of the week. I’m excited to meet new families :-) I also am an aunt to 6 nieces and nephews from ages 1-9 and care for them often. For the past 20 years my family has performed Vacation Bible Schools in churches across the country every week of the summer, which gives me a lot of experience in working with kids! My family also traveled for the past 17 years as a family singing group performing in churches all across the country. I am very musical and play piano, violin, mandolin, and flute, as well as sing.
