Hi! My name is Renee and I have over 10 years of experience working with children from newborns to teenagers. I grew up in upstate New York where my mom ran an in-home daycare called the Cozy Corner Daycare. I have also worked with other non-profit childcare facilities such as Pure and Simple Daycare and camps for vacation bible school. My experience is extensive because most of my life has involved childcare and nannying. I am familiar with the regular routines for kids such as meals, naps, outside play, and activities. I have experience working across all types of personalities and backgrounds. Recently I have been working more with physically disabled children as well as the deaf and intellectually disabled. I have lived with and cared for newborns as well. Overall I love to have fun with kids because they love to have fun. Playing trucks and cars, building forts, Read more make believe adventures while at the playground are all things I like to encourage kids I watch to do. I also can teach basic sign language which is beneficial and helpful for teaching babies and toddlers to develop communication. I am current on my CPR and First Aide. If the parent/parents want I can do crafts and educational themes because these are all things that I've done before while working at Pure and Simple Daycare. I am excited to become a trusted part of your family and to help you with your children!
