Hi there! My name is Lauren. I am a loving, responsible, energetic 21-year old college student who is eager to help busy families take care of their adorable children! For a bit about me, I am a fourth-year undergraduate student at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. I am studying Communication and Nonprofits. I am engaged to my best friend and the man of my dreams and am thrilled to marry him next September, 2014! I am currently available up to 25/30 hours per week. I have a car and a clean driving record. I have worked as an au pair for a summer, a Sunday School teacher and daycare provider at my church for 9 years, and as a volunteer at USC's Joint Educational Program with a local elementary school where I taught science. I am in the process of applying for graduate schools to pursue my teaching credentials. Read more I am fluent in English and have a conversational understanding of the Spanish language. I am comfortable doing sitting for up to four children, ages infant through 12 years old. While doing daycare, I took care of children with a 4/5 to one ratio. I am not allergic to any animals, and am more than happy to help take care of pets. I am also able to assist with any household chores, errands, or cooking. I love children and understand how important it is to find the right individual to take care of your loved ones. I am thrilled to one day start a family of my own, and I can only imagine how critical it is to have the perfect match with your precious child. I have experience working with children and hope to pursue a career of improving children's lives through bettering education as a passionate teacher. I would be more than happy to provide references and letters of recommendation to show my character and qualifications. Thank you! God bless!
