I have nannied for several different families when I lived in Los Angeles. The age range of children I have watched is vast, from newborns to 13 years old. Cooking is a side passion of mine and sharing that with children not only helps them learn about food but math, science and themselves. Other activities I enjoy doing with children are: outdoor play, reading, art, sensory activities, manipulative activities and so much more. Recently I graduated school with my AS in Early childhood education and I have my preschool teaching permits, and teaching certificates along with current first aid cpr and negative TB test. I love to see children learn and grow and being able to inspire them to have a passion and desire to learn with innovative ways through play is something I take pride in. A little more personal about me. I would consider myself a unique individual Read more that truly loves being my own person. This does not mean I will not follow your rules, religious beliefs, or anything else you as a family choose for your children. I am married to my high school sweet heart and we have 2 boys ages 3 and 11 months. They do or don't need to go with me to work as I do have care/school for them as needed. I can provided a complete resume with references upon request and would greatly appreciate the opportunity to be considered for your nanny position. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have.
