I moved to Berkeley a couple years ago in hopes to further my studies at a four-year college and to be around everything, Berkeley. I enjoy being around kids and love being a sitter. I have completed and updated my CPR/ALS; First Aid ( Infant and Adult ) Certification with AmericanRedCross, online. Looking towards fall I will be enrolled in two college courses, but will spend the majority of my time working as a nanny. I believe working with children comes naturally for me and is something I sincerely enjoy. I have the patience and energy to encourage children to enjoy learning and spend a lot of time making sure their concerns are addressed and heard. I also like to help parents and the child find solutions to day to day problems; at the same time strive to help reach a long-term goal. In the past I have had hands Read more on volunteer time teaching language developmental skills, like teaching and learning-American Sign Language (ASL). If I had to describe myself in a few words, I would say: fun and very patient person to work with.
