Hi. I am a 28 year old. I recently graduated. I have a bachelor in psychology. I am currently looking for families who are careful with the Covid situation and need someone for distance learning or homeschooling their kids. I have first grade distance learning experience where I tutored a pod of first graders during pandemic. Before pandemic, I volunteered for Sylvia Mendez Elementary school under Stiles Hall mentoring. I was paired with students who were falling behind or who were experiencing some type of problems at home (let's say the parents were going through divorce, they were not available enough, etc.) I was also paired with groups of 7-15 students. We were doing different educational activities, arts, crafts, etc. I can make my own curriculum or we can follow the school's curriculum. During my education, I did a lot of research on ADHD and learning potentials and ways to Read more enhance focus and concentration. I would be a good fit for families who need help with distance learning or looking for homeschooling tutor. It includes teaching them different skills (communication skills, making friends) and knowledges( about different countries, geography, planets, basic music, math, etc. or whatever is needed based on children's needs and parents preference). My plan to to make learning a very enjoyable activity for kids. Using positive reinforcement, I encourage them to learn and to love learning. We will spend the day learning different subjects and feel good about it. I will be happy to have an interview with you to discuss all the details.
