I have always had this drive to teach as well as learn from the children I look after. I am passionate about this job because I want to engage children in positive behavior and have an enjoyable time. They are children, which mean there is still a long process of learning from what is right and wrong. The children are not the only ones learning and sometimes are the ones teaching the adults unknowingly. The beauty of knowledge is endless. The relationships that I have with all the families only continue to grow. We have great communication and trust is built around our relationship. I feel like I am a part of the families because they make me feel that way. I have as much love and support coming from the families as I do towards their children. My strength as a nanny is that I can relate to each of the children and guide them in a positive way. I have been a person to help or put someone ahead of me. Being a nanny is just as vital when it comes to the children, they should always be first priority.
