Hello! My name is Ayleen. I am a behavior technician where I work with children with autism/disabilities and teach them how to communicate, play, make friends, and function more independently while helping resolve challenging behaviors. I have over 40 hours of training in implementing behavior and treatment plans. I am bilingual, and I am fluent in both English and Spanish. I am also a first-generation college student pursuing a bachelor's in psychology and political science and on track to graduate next year. I have had many leadership roles, such as President of a mental health club, Chief of Staff for Student Government, and much more. Coming from a large Mexican family, I have had to take care of many of my cousins and nephews/nieces ever since I was 15 years old. I have a deep passion for mental health, and I love being with children and knowing I positively impact Read more their lives. My experience and love for children have led me to become who I am today.
