After 7 years of teaching in the classroom I got the travel itch and the awesome opportunity to become an English Au Pair in Santiago, Chile to 4 13-year-olds. It was an incredible experience and a welcome change of pace to work more closely with 4 children instead of 30. Prior to living in Chile, I taught 2nd grade for 5 years and K-5 general music and middle school choir for 2 years. I have extensive tutoring experience and am very passionate about music, art, and culture, which are all things I would love to share with your child. Children have been a part of my life since I started babysitting in middle school, and I love the opportunity to work, play, teach, help, and hopefully serve as a positive role model in their lives.
