Elodia or "Isabel" as she calls herself has sat for me 4 or 5 times now. It has always been on a very short notice and usually at night. I would call or text her and she would come the same day which is a blessing when you have an urgent manner. She is very nice and friendly. My kids like her and they are tough!! She is attentive especially to my 6 year old who likes to play board games and do art. I did not have her tutor or read to my kids or do housekeeping. In response to another reviewer: There were many times when I would try and reach her last minute to sit and didn't always get a response. I am not sure how attached to her phone she is.??However, when I did reach her and she agreed she always was prompt and came as she promised. Like I said I always contact her last minute. I

Please be advise that Elodia or "Isabel" as she calls herself is very irresponsible, and disrespectful. We had agreed that she start babysitting for our 4 month girl and she never showed up. We agreed on a date and time to start, I waited that night, I called and texted her 40 mins after the time we agreed to ask if she was going to come over, she never called back and did not reply to my text message. I had to readjust my work schedule because of her actions, and it really affected my office. She did not even have the courtesy of calling or even texting that she could not do the job or did not want to. This is very unprofessional and you should be wary of her integrity.
