Hello! My name is Lisa and I would love to be your babysitter!. I have a Master's degree in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago, and graduated from the University of Florida, with a Bachelor's degree in Family, Youth, and Community Sciences in 2011. I have been babysitting since I was 13, and have had various nanny and babysitting jobs over the years. I have previous babysitting, nanny, and pre-school teaching experience. Since moving to San Diego in 2014, I have nannied for several different families with children ranging from ages 0-9. My most recent long term experience was with a wonderful family in Chicago for 2 year. The family has 3 beautiful kids who are now 6, 4, and 2. Prior to that, I was a nanny/home school teacher for a year for 2 children, ages 6 and 8, and sadly had to leave them due to the family Read more relocating. I also have experience as an assistant teacher at the preschool level, specifically 2-3 year olds. I completed a summer internship at my undergraduate university's preschool (from May-August). I am comfortable with children of all ages, and pets are not an issue. I do not have any children of my own, but do have 2 cats that I adore! Additionally, I have completed volunteer work as a a mentor at a high school in Gainesville, Florida for 9th graders. My philosophy is to care for your children how you wish for them to be cared for.
