Hi! My name is Lanie Weingarten and I am 22 years old. I recently graduated from the University of Oregon where I earned a degree in Advertising. Post-grad I ventured off to Italy where I lived with an Italian family as an Au Pair and taught their children English. Through this experience I was able to learn more about the culture and it was gratifying to watch the wheels turn when I would teach the kids a new English word. A little bit more about me, I love to be outside and I love the beach. In middle school up through high school, I worked at a surf camp for 6 years. I eventually became the lead instructor where I led surf lectures, organized fun events for the kids and helped setup food for breaks. Overall, I love working with kids because in turn I learn so much about myself Read more and I love seeing them grow.
