Growing up in a big family I was always around children! In addition to having a lot of younger cousins my parents had decided to have my two younger sisters. There is a 15 and 17 year age gap between me and them. As an older sister I was always willing to watch my siblings when my parents could not. When I first started babysitting I had the pleasure of nannying a family that had 5 children, the oldest being 13 and the youngest being 2 years old. Throughout my time as a nanny/babysitter I have cared for children ranging from 6 months to 13 years old. I do really enjoy taking care of these kids! Everyday is different and it is so amazing to see the world through their eyes.

While out there, I was a nanny for a few families (had to leave a family due to moving too far away) and also babysat for a few other families as well. I worked with kids, aged 4 months to 10 years old. Before moving out there, I was a nanny here and I was also working at an after school center. Some of the tasks from nannying and my other jobs included (but were not limited to) light cleaning, cooking, organizing, helping the kids with their homework and putting them to bed.
