Hello there, My name is Layla Angal and I am a deep-rooted Wyoming native tranitioning from the least populated state to the most. With comfort comes familiarity and with exciting changes vastly approaching luckily my love and compassion towards childcare remains constant in every zip code. Having the opportunity to have been raised in a rural community was truly a blessing, and molded me into the kind, compassionate, and hardworking individual I am today. I have 8 years of experience in childcare ranging from newborn to adolescents in daycare, preschool and after school learning program settings. I attended college studying Early Education and was just a few credits shy of my associates degree when I decided I wasnt going to return the following spring. My decision to discontinue my secondary education was made when I accepted a job at a preschool/childcare facility. Immediately following employement I decided that I wanted Read more to be able to teach and connect with children on a more personal, one-on-one level. believe that every child needs to be able to have individual attention preventing knowledge gaps and full understanding of age appropriate educational lessons as well as life and behavioral. Working in several businesses with max capacity of children I started observing that children would often get left behind mentally caused by limited time to help every child struggling to grasp the concept. I have extensive experience in lesson planning and would love to have the chance to apply that individually.
