I have spent my life loving the nature of children. The simple joy in their eyes. I began taking care of children when I was still a child myself, babysitting for neighbors. As a young mom I taught preschool classes at church, and eventually became the preschool director for many years. A cross country move ended that career path for a while as I focused on my own children, homeschooling them and raising them to be responsible and respectful human beings. Five years ago, life took a sudden turn and left me looking for full time work. I looked to the place I found joy, and ended up as a full time nanny for a then 18 month old boy. Over the next five years as he grew and his needs changed, so did my job and I ended up caring for the pets and maintained the entire household as Read more well. He’s now in second grade and his parents income has been tapped by an unsuccessful investment so I’m waiting for a new smiling little face to come my way.
