Asha seemed very sweet. I talked to her references, we talked on the phone, we met in person and I hired her. I told her to let me know her availability so we could schedule her to start immediately. 10 whole days went by with no communication from her. I reached out and asked if she changed her mind. She said she was still interested, apologized and said she “forgot” to text me. She said she would know her availability the following week. Another 10 days passed and still nothing. 3 whole weeks I waited after hiring her and she failed to text or call me with any available dates she could work or to tell me she changed her mind. She accepted the job, seemed excited, and then ghosted me for 3 whole weeks. Not reliable.
