My name is Amber and my passion is education and human development. I absolutely love helping young children learn and grow and experience the world around them. While most of my experience is with elementary aged kiddos, I am 100% comfortable working with older children as well. I was born and raised in education, with both my parents working in the field for over 30 years. Learning and watching them while I was growing up has given me a set of knowledge and skills that I don’t think I could’ve acquired anywhere else. I have experience working at schools as an Instructional Aid, long-term substitute teacher, and reading instructor. I also absolutely love animals. I have been housesitting/dogsitting for over 3 years for a variety of animals and love going on walks. My hobbies include any type of art, hiking, gardening, and playing boardgames.
