I have always had a way with children. I believe that patience, communication, love and understanding are the keys to raising healthy and wonderful children. I have 1 amazing 1yr old baby boy and I have always believed that I was born to be a mother. I have always had this strong connection when it came to children. It started with my younger siblings and went on from there. My mother use to work for Options a child care and human service agency from 2007 to 2012. She cared for 4-6 children a day. Some of them were from the company, others were from friends that she babysat, plus my younger brother and sisters. She watched them 8-12hrs a day Monday through Friday and some weekends. During those years I was always there helping her with the children. After school and on the days I didn't work or have school. Read more Especially during the summer when the children were off from school. I loved playing with them and watching them grow. Listening to the funny things they say. They always have so many questions, I love that. I love answering questions for them and helping them piece the puzzle of life together. Since then, I have babysat on my own for a few families in between my work and school schedules. Mostly friends and relatives but also a few people that were recommended by my friends and relatives. I have always loved working with children and my dream is actually to, one day, open up my own day care. I currently do not have any certifications but I took some Child Development classes at Citrus Community College and a few at Mt San Jacinto College. Unfortunately, I am currently on a hiatus from school. I'm taking some time off to enjoy my baby boy. Especially since the first 5 years of a child's life are so important. "They are the foundation that shapes children's future health, happiness, growth, development and learning achievement at school, in the family and community, and in life in general." Which is why I would love to be there for as many of those years for your children. ☺️
