Candy is awesome! My 6-year old son was with her for 4 hours and he completely enjoyed himself. She is patient, engaging, trustworthy, and knows how to keep a young kid happy. I look forward to having her over again.

Though I didn't end up hiring Candy as a full-time nanny to my 15 months old daughter (because I found a home daycare for my daughter at the last minute), I can see that Candy is a very caring person. During a half-day inaguration, Candy took good care of my daughter, learning my daughter's preferences quickly and paid attention to my cooking, potty training and bathing instructions. Candy is a diligent person who takes initiative in caring for my daughter. Whenever my daughter was restless, Candy would find activities to distract her or carry her straight away without me asking her to do so. Just within half a day, my daughter was already pretty attached to Candy.
