Hello! Introduction My name is Nyah. I am a 20-year-old college student who is looking to find a family to get to know and care for! I am majoring in English and minoring in education (in order to become a teacher) at UC Davis, so there is truly nothing better sounding to me than to kickstart that journey by spending my time caring for my future employers :) Experience Prior to nannying, I was employed as a manager and boba mixologist at T4 Livermore. This job meant a lot to me as they were able to see my potential and promote me to managerial tasks at the age of 17. I have greatly enjoyed that chapter of my life as it gave me 2.25 years of total work experience, and over a year worth of experience in a leadership position. I am looking forward to taking all of the skills Read more that this job has given me and using them to take care of and ensure the safety of your children. For babysitting/nannying, I am in the process of (very sadly) leaving my current job. I have been with the baby since she was 3 months old, and I am now leaving her just after her 2nd birthday. Watching her grow up has been such a complex and precious experience, and I looking forward to extending it further with your child! I also have experience from babysitting my cousin from the ages of 8-13. My cousin has helped a lot as he is on the autism spectrum, which equipped me with the skills needed to care for children with special needs. I have done meal prepping, before/after school routine, and homework help for him. Availability I am looking to start some time at the end of September of 2023, but I can be flexible with the exact date. I am a full-time college student, and I am looking to stay in Davis for the next 2-3 years. I am ideally looking to work anywhere between 15-20 hours a week. I also have my own car, meaning that I am able to do any tasks involving picking up, dropping off, or driving your children to and back from any destinations. Please feel free to ask me any questions that have not been answered in my profile. My goal is to make your children feel safe, loved, and taken care of :)
