Specialty and routine: Infant-preschool age - preferring to work with children before they are 1yo and continuing until you choose to put them in school. Continuity of care, and as few caregivers as possible, is extremely important in the first few years. Daily/weekly schedule includes - daily walks/walks to park, weekly story time visits at either library or others that offer, daily reading/games, playtime, music, and healthy eating habits. I am firm; but, supportive, empathic, patient, understanding, loving. Each child is different - it is important to develop their learning styles and personalities early on to encourage confidence and a strong sense of self and esteem. It's important to establish strong parental/guardian roles, and respect for elders, early on to bypass many disciplinary issues that can arise later – outside of developmental/behavioral/mental health issues. Foods: lots of fruits and veggies, crackers, water, milk, unsweetened juice, meats or your preference. Experiences Read more and familiarity with newborn/infant/toddler: diaper changing, feeding/nutrition, dressing, sleep, developmental milestones
