I am the oldest sibling of a big and busy household. There’s been a new born in my life since I was 9 years old, so it’s safe to say I’ve developed quite a few skills by helping manage the littles for over a decade. As the oldest in a lifestyle filled with young children and pets, I thrive in a busy environment. I love to cook, do arts and crafts, and teach the little ones by encouraging them throughout small daily tasks. I find it to be very important that they can build trust and confidence within themselves. I celebrate each child’s unique personality and love learning from them and how they interact in the world. I’m big on developing emotional coping skills, good listening and communication habits, and use a gentle parenting approach in my role as a proud big sister and eldest cousin. It’s safe to say, that when it comes to kids, their happiness and health is my top priority. I’m very comfortable with all ages of children as well as big dogs. I’d also be happy to help out with families that also might need some light housekeeping or snack and meal preparation for the kiddos. Although my paid experience is minimal, I’ve had a hands on experience helping raise children for many years rest assured.
