Jackie is a gem. She has so much valuable experience as a behavioral technician and really knows how to communicate. I felt comfortable with her right away because she showed me that she knows how to take responsibility for her communication. She had a lot of respect for me requests regarding not having any screen time for my children and was great with the kids. They enjoyed being with her immediately. She was upfront about her schedule issues and was very aware of the things she is juggling. I liked that and knew she would never stand me up.
