I have always loved working with children. Seeing them explore and learn new things is very rewarding to be apart of. I am a mother of 2. Once my baby started school I began to nanny/ child care for a family over a span of 5 years as their needs fluctuated with their growing family. I have some experience with autistic children. I have worked with two separate families. The first was 4 year old twins. The second family was 10 and 14 year old boys. Ranging from verbal to non verbal. As a parent myself I understand what it is to entrust your child with another person and I take that responsibility seriously. I am attentive, patient, and nurturing.

My name is Hareer Mujaddidi! I have been a babysitter since I was about the age of 13, starting off with my neighbors children, a family of 7 kids, including newborn twins, and the oldest child was 9 years of age! I have always been great with children, I enjoy spending time with them, teaching them, allowing them to grow and learn. I have babysit for plenty of families, very diverse, and very different families. Some families were gluten free, ate only organic, worked from home, raised their children a certain way, religious, not religious, no electronics, or free-spirited and laid back, etc. I not only am an adult with the children, but I also play and act sort of their age or interact with them like they are adults, there has always been a mutual respect with the children I have babysat and in many cases the parents are quite shocked at how well they are with me. I am hoping to pursue a career in child psychology or behavior analysis! I have worked in day care centers and child care volunteer programs. My life has pretty much been revolves around children, toddlers, and infants and I wouldn’t want it to be any different!

For as long as I could remember, I’ve always loved working with kids. At first it started with small things like volunteering at my local library for kids events, reading to special needs children, but then I started doing small babysitting gigs, getting into more volunteer work for special needs kids and teenagers, and eventually worked at a daycare! I’ve unfortunately moved away from the city the daycare is in, but my love for taking care of children has remained! Every age has a place in my heart and patience is my #1 skill! I have plenty of activities that I could share with your children, plenty of learning, all fun! I am CPR and First Aid certified, please feel free to ask any questions, I am a very very open book! Hope we can meet soon :)

Hello, my name is Katherina Oleynichenko. I finished Sacramento City College studying Early Childhood Education and finished Sacramento State University this past semester Spring 2025 in Child Development with a minor in Deaf studies. In my professional experience, I have babysat toddlers through kindergarten-aged children at my church on Thursday night every other week for the past two years. My goal was to make sure all the children would play nice, eat and enjoy their snacks, and leave the center with a smile on their faces. At my church, I also participated as a lead counselor and supervisor of children in a program called Vacation Bible School which occurs every summer as a day camp for children ages 4-10. Through Vacation Bible school, I not only supervised children but made sure all were happy, entertained, and fed, as we also had snacks throughout the day and you know what happens when a child does not eat, they are cranky. Another professional experience that I am currently a member of is Awana Clubs, which is ages from 4-6 and 7-12. I volunteer as the main coordinator and also a crew leader which oversees the children and their behavior. I practice Bible verses with them, participate in sports activities, and share lots of hugs. I also have experience with infants and pre-toddlers. I was the main babysitter for 4 years while my own little brother was growing up and I have learned what it means to have a crucial bedtime/daytime schedule for infants, from nap time to food breaks and how much attention infants and little babies need and crying is their main source of disagreement but should not be their main source of communication and smiling is better. Some skills that I have gained over the years are good time management and patience with children. Children want your undivided attention and unconditional affection and as an adult or babysitter, my goal is to provide that environment while also supporting their growth into future young adults. One of my greatest achievements and growth moments as a student in early childhood development and personal development is being able to think of entertaining activities fast and fun games to play if the child begins to get bored. Being creative is an amazing source of outlet to let children be who they are through painting, coloring, or doing various crafts. I also speak Russian and am proficient in American Sign Language. Looking forward to meeting you and your wonderful family. Thank you!

Hi! I am a part-time graduate student working as a nanny/babysitter on the side. I have over 10 years of experience working with children in a variety of settings. Please feel free to read through my experiences and let me know if you have any questions. I can provide a recent background check and references upon request. And good luck in your childcare search! Babysitting experience: I have taken care of children ages 2 months to 14 years, up to 4 children at a time. I am comfortable with overnights after getting to know a family first. Nanny experience: I have 2.5 years total experience working as a full time nanny. I spent one year in Chicago splitting my time between two families with complimentary schedules. The first had children ages 1.5 yrs and 4 yrs. The second had children ages 2, 6, and 9. I started nannying in Sacramento with a series of temporary/short-term jobs totalling 6 months of experience. Most of these families had infants or toddlers and were waiting for a spot at a daycare, or I was filling in while their regular nanny went on maternity leave or an extended vacation. Since summer 2024, I have been working for one family with a 5 year old. I am comfortable driving children to and from school or activities, providing tutoring/homework help, and completing housework while nannying. Experience with developmental differences: I consider myself highly qualified to work with children who are neurodivergent, developmentally delayed, or living with specific medical conditions that affect their childcare needs. I studied applied developmental psychology in college. Immediately after graduation, I worked for one year as an Early Interventionist-Infant Specialist with Optima Family Services in Los Angeles. In this role I provided in-home developmental therapy to young children with a variety of medical and behavioral diagnoses. More recently I spent nearly three years as a Clinical Research Coordinator at UC Davis for a study about autism and related developmental conditions in 8-22 year olds. Many of the families that I have babysat/nannied for have also had a neurodivergent child. The 5 year old I've been taking care of this past year has ASD. Additional relevant experience: I worked two summers between colleges semesters as a childcare assistant at a home daycare (ages 1 month to 5 years) and held a college internship at the UCLA Infant Development Program, a mixed ability early education classroom (ages 1 month to 3 years.)

Hi! My name is Claudia, and I’ve spent the last few years working with kids of all ages in different settings — from one-on-one support to group activities. I really enjoy helping children learn, grow, and have fun in a safe and positive environment. I worked for a year in ABA therapy, where I supported children with different learning and behavioral needs. That experience taught me a lot about patience, communication, and how to create a structured but caring space where kids can thrive. Right now, I’m working as an after-school instructor for K–8 students, leading activities, helping with homework, and keeping everyone engaged and safe. It’s given me great experience managing groups of kids and balancing structure with fun — whether we’re working on projects, playing games, or just winding down after a long school day. I’m also CPR and First Aid certified, so safety is always a top priority for me. I know how important it is for parents to feel comfortable and confident leaving their children in good hands. Overall, I love working with kids and helping them feel supported, understood, and encouraged. Whether it’s helping with homework, playing games, or just being someone they can trust, I always bring patience, kindness, and energy to what I do.
