My name is Danielle, im 34 years old & reside in Fair Oaks, blocks away from Carmichael and Citrus Heights. I am currently seeking PT position(s) Im Stay at Home Parent to my almost 3 year old little boy. I feel it necessary to put it out there now while reading my info so there wouldn't be any surprises to someone that I am seeking a job that would allow me to have my son be with me at their home (or my home as well if needed would be fine as well, your choice of course :) Let me give you some background on myself... Since graduating High School early I became a FT nanny for a family whom I stayed with for approx 4 years (until the child started preschool and my help was no longer necessary.) When that position ended I immediately started working again as a Read more FT nanny, I also stayed with them for 4 years and left for the same reasoning, kiddos started school. After nearly 8 years as a nanny and as much as i loved and enjoyed it I felt I needed something else to explore career wise to have to fall back on and that is when I enrolled in a vocational college and then received my Medical Assisting Certificate. After doing so I got a job following my externship at a Ophthalmology office for almost 3 years (unfortunately that job was cut short due to a layoff of myself and many coworkers and it was during the start of the huge recession) Following that I got another job as a Medical Front Desk Receptionist and what started as a PT temp job ended up being a FT Lead position for almost 5 years until I had to give my resignation because my boyfriend got a great job opportunity in WA state and I decided to go with him. In WA I became pregnant and had my son in the summer of 2015. I worked again as a nanny on occasion for a few diff families who allowed me to bring my son with me as I was a stay at home mom but still wanted to be able to work some and get out of the house and have my son be able to connect with other children. Long story short we ended up coming back to CA and since that time I have worked for 4 different families for a variety of PT jobs in which I was able to bring my son with me. Currently Im a very PT nanny & transport 2 mornings a week & also transporting a middle schooler back & forth to school, this job will be over beginning of June.
