I work very well with all ages and multiple kids at a time. I'm also willing to care for any animals in the household, including taking small dogs out for walks, and provide cleaning in common areas if necessary as well as doing the children's laundry and linens as as often as needed. Some of my typical duties/care includes: meal prep, children’s dishes, children’s laundry, educational activities, practical life learning, sensory play, and tutoring. I am experienced with Montessori. Lots of our day revolves around learning practical life skills such as baking, cooking, pouring, folding, laundry, etc. We do crafts or sensory activities daily. My main goal is providing a fun learning environment by teaching through crafts, games, and activities. We have lots of outdoor time in the back yards or at local parks. I also have experience with cloth diaper use and wash routines. Throughout high school I was part of my school's Education and Human Services Academy. In that academy I acquired my babysitting 101 and CPR certifications. I also completed 3 internships. Mentoring at Emerson elementary school 5th grade class. Mentoring at UC Riverside Child Development Center in an infant classroom. And mentoring at Sunshine Early Childhood Center in an autism and Down syndrome classroom. My most recent jobs have been nannying for premie infant twins, nannying for a toddler, and nannying for a family with an infant and a toddler. I am a fully online university student pursing a degree in child development. I have 7 years of internships and paid professional experience; however, I have been babysitting for longer.
