My name is Betty and would greatly appreciate the opportunity to fulfill your family's need for a caregiver. I currently work for Los Angeles School District as a special education assistant. My job takes a lot of patience and creativity. During the summer months I am avalible to work fulltime and take care of your children the same way I would take care of mine. I am also a mother to an amazing seven years old daughter who will be with her grandmother for the whole summer. I have worked with children for over ten years, performing diligently and thoroughly. I have over 30 units in Early Childhood Development. I am highly motivated to learn as much as I can to perform extremely well and utilize my best capabilities. I understand my limitations as a caregiver and I will never disrupt the family that I serve privacy. I am very Read more skilled in supervising children and caring for their needs like bathing, dressing, preparing formulas and changing diapers. I have a number of strengths but my main strength is my ability to motivate children. I have a great interest in children's mental, physical and emotional development. I believe that I posses all the qualities that makes a great caregiver successful. I am very reliable, trustworthy, motivated, and able to make myself tune-up with the requirements of your families needs. I believe the two things that all caregivers need are organization and patience. A caregivers needs to be able to give individual attention, making each child feel special. I am instinctively nurturing and have positive energy because I have a seven years old daughter who I love and adore. I have found that over the years, using my upbeat and outgoing personality makes it an awesome experience for me and the children I serve. In summary, I have an ability to establish emotional connections with people very quickly, which has allowed me to not only determine the emotional need for the children I care for but also helps me to be in tune with the needs of the family and offer assistance or suggestions when appropriate. Please feel free to contact me.
