I have been working with kids for over 10 years in either a babysitting, nannying or teaching capacity. Currently, I am the program director for a NYC based youth theater company, where I teach and direct students ages 5-18 in musical theater! I am also a private voice teacher and highly involved in the children's program (ages 0-early elementary) at my local church! I absolutely love working with kids of all ages and am looking to find a family I can offer my passion and childcare expertise to. I find the way that children view the world and the stage of rapid development that they are in to be inspiring. Working with them reminds me to be really engaged and curious about life and I love to offer both structure and creativity to encourage them to learn and grow!

Johnna was truly amazing! She arrived on time, was polite and well mannered, playful and engaging, and the children took to her immediately! I had no qualms leaving my 2 year old and 5 year old with her on New Year's Eve. As oversees visitors we would not hesitate to book her again should we find ourselves in New York. I would thoroughly recommend her!
