Cindy was scheduled to interview with a family and was very enthusiastic about the interview. She did not show up nor did she call to let us know that she would not be able to make the interview. We are a national based agency that assists families in placing professional Nannies for their families, therefore our clients depend on us to filter through the candidates that poses a potential risk of being unreliable, unprofessional amongst other qualities that become a potential issue while we carefully place the much needed support. After texting Cindy the day she was supposed to show up for the interview, she decided to provide a reason as to why she was unable to report to the interview 13 hours later. Unfortunately the reasons that she provided had to be overlooked as we have a strict policy and zero tolerance for no call no shows especially when it comes to interviews. The sad part is that Cindy was very disrespectful and insulting towards us, so much so, we had to block her from further communicating with our employees as she felt that we should have given her a second chance due to her circumstances. I'm not sure if she thought being rude and insulting would give her that chance, but she was mistaken. My advise to all parents that are considering her as your Nanny, please be extremely cautious with her as she seems to have quite the inferiority complex as attitude also is taken into consideration while we consider candidates for various positions. She did not consider that we are a business that have clients that depend on us to provide reliable placements as we felt that she can very easily put a family in a predicament if she has a situation that causes her to lose focus of her responsibilities.
